We promise guaranteed fair billing on Postpay. In case you find an error in your bill, do let us know. We will correct your bill and also compensate you by imposing a fine of Rs.25 on ourselves. This amount of Rs.25 will reflect as reversal in your next billing cycle.
No charges for services you didn’t ask for:
We will not do any unauthorized activation of services on your number. In case you find any activation for which you had not requested, inform us within 48 hrs of service activation. We will do unconditional refund of charges in case the service has been activated incorrectly.

Hop, jump and skip all the levels, and reach our customer care directly. Just Dial 121 and Press 9 to talk to our customer care executive. Customers doing per month usage of Rs.30 and above with us can avail this option.
